have you ever wondered why your mind your always so negative and this isn’t just about fitness this is about life in general.
Just imagine your watching your life and the negatives influences in it from a distance.
What would you see and hear the most?
The word NO!
Or YOU CAN’T
You went to school and where graded on what other people deemed important criteria and you probable failed. If you didn’t you were probable failed by the important criteria later in life.
If you’ve left school have you realized how little of what you were taught you use in your everyday life.
Imagine a subject at school that taught Goal setting and personal relations Whoa imagine the world we would live in.
ANY WAY
Have you ever realized that every newspaper you will read almost certainly has a negative story as its main story.
Have you ever realized that the conversations you have at work at lunch are almost always negative.
It’s not just the negativity you are surrounded by but it’s the it’s the complete lack of consciousness people exhibit in their everyday lives. If you don’t believe this go to any new release movie and after the movies been on for 40 minutes lean forward in your seat and look at the people watching and you will see an audience of drones on automatic pilot.
How do we fight back?
1. Don’t watch TV for a week and see what effect that has on you! Be careful though you will go through a severe detox period. But if you get past a week go for a month and see where your at, don’t read the news or watch the news for a month. Don’t worry if anything major happens you will still here about it, word of mouth is still the greatest method distribution on the planet.
2. Don’t listen to talk back radio in your car if your really keen don’t listen to music instead turn your car into a moving university find a topic you would like to learn about and buy an audio book of it from iTunes and listen to that or listen to some one positive like Jim Rohn , Tony Robins, Wayne dyer submerge your self in positive influences.
3. Start the first and last five minutes of every day just sitting and being thankful and by asking your subconscious mind to solve any problems for you that you have been having either throughout the day or while you sleep.
4. Always try to be mindful of your thought s this isn’t positive thinking this is taking back awareness of your mind chatter.
5. Participate in life sit at the table and have dinner with your family not in front of the Tv. Have a Goal have a Why but be present in the existing moments of your life.
