How do I get skinny?
This is the question most girls ask. The question most girls should be asking is how to get healthy or how do I get skinny the right way?
How?
Well step number one may be surprising drink a lot more water then you usually do 8 – 10 glasses a day especially when you first wake up in the morning and right before you go to bed this will help you alkalize your body and it will also help you fire up your metabolism. Water is also very important when it comes to stopping cravings. Especially when it comes to junk food such as chocolates biscuits, hamburgers and ice cream.
Step 2 Eat Five highly nutritious meals a day to make up your daily calories intake.
Step 3 Figure out your calorie maintenance there are plenty of websites out there that you can put your height, weight and activity level in to figure out your calorie maintenance. Once you have figured out your calorie maintenance all you have to do is exercise enough to burn around 400 calories under your maintenance calories .
In case you don’t know what I mean by maintenance. Maintenance is the amount of calories you need to consume to remain the weight you are currently.
Step4 Find a physical activity you actually like to do if you like to run then run if you like to walk then walk if you like to ride your bike ride your bike if you like to kick boxing or boxing do that if you like team sports do that OK I think you get the point. Physical activity is fun! do yoga do palates do SOMETHING JUST GET SOME MOVEMENT IN YOUR LIFE!
Step 5 Take time each day at least 15 minutes a day to just sit and reflect by your self in quiet everyone can find 15 minutes a day the reasons for this this is that it has been proven to relieve stress and stress can be a major factor for why people hold weight in there body.
