Every body knows that most diets or nutrition plans aren’t destroyed by your main meals of the day but by snacking through out the day.
So here are some simple ways to stop your self from snacking:-
- Have a salad or raw vegetables before dinner and lunch
- Load your cupboards up with fruit and vegetables and load your freezer with fruit and veges as well.
- Maximize the amount of green soups you are eating by utilizing your slow cooker or by pre-cooking soups.
- Don’t eat after 830pm learn to determine between real hungry and cravings.
- Eat Fruit for dessert.
