The question most people will ask of a fitness leader is not how do I lose weight. But how do I get a Six pack so in this blog I will give everyone a idea of how a person might have a chance in obtaining abbs like Brad Pitt in Fight Club or toned abbs like Carmen Electra.
The first things what are abbs? Abbs are something that everyone has,believe it or not already even those over weight individuals already have abbs underneath all that flab lol its not so much about how much muscle you’ve got but rather what your body fat percentage to see abbs you have to have a body fat percentage of 6 to 8 percent.
Hot Insight
If you are a skinny guy without abbs your think my body is lower then 6 to 8 percent you are wrong some skinny people can still have a high body fat percent. Remember being skinny doesn t mean that your fit and healthy so don t be deceived.
What the six pack solution?
Is it diet well I think diet is a crap word lets call it Nutrition and it not necessarly how much you eat but more what type of food you eat that count.
What to eat
I will give you a hot tip in what to eat without giving you a list of foods its really basic next time you go shopping only shop on the outer aisles of the grocery store and don t venture into the middle aisles. Accept maybe to get some tuna or baked beans.
What exercises?
Wait a minute you need know something don’t even bother exercising unless you release that nutrition is 90% of the six pack or fitness and well being solution.
Ok now the exercise
Basically you need to do alot of cardio but not just cardio you need to do a ratio of 60/40 the 60 being cardio and 40 being resistance training. In a specific Order do 10-15 mintue Cardio warmup then Ballistic stretches then weight training and then cardio.
What My personal trainer always does cardio and then weight training?
The old thing use to be to do cardio then resistance training and that use to be the way, but now new studies coming out Japan suggest and I’ve seen the result s my self if you do resistance training first after a basic warm up you can drasically increase your calorie and fat burn. Which will help you get to the all important six percent.
What exercises I do?
My suggestion use google or you tube, I might want to write a book BUT I can’t give away all my good stuff just Yet.
